Lebone project.

Rooted in the meaning of its name, Lebone, meaning light in Sesotho, this initiative aims to create spaces where children living with disabilities are not only welcomed but actively supported in reaching their full potential.
At its core, the project focuses on building accessible therapy centres that offer essential services like physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. These services are crucial for helping children reach developmental milestones, improve mobility and communication, and experience greater independence.
Alongside the therapy centres, the creation of inclusive playgrounds ensures that children of all abilities have the opportunity to engage in play, a powerful form of learning that supports physical coordination, emotional expression and social connection.
The Lebone Project is about more than physical spaces. It’s about restoring dignity, unlocking potential and building a future where no child is left in the shadows.
It is more than the construction of therapy centres and inclusive playgrounds, it’s a movement to light the way toward a more just and joyful world for children living with disabilities.
This Project is our commitment to making the world brighter for children living with disabilities, One therapy session, One playground, One life at a time.
